Refine eligible equipment with custom material and Zeny requirements.

## Quick Guide

* Equip the item you want to refine.
* Talk to Hephaestus.
* Choose the equipped item and provide the requested materials.
* Confirm the refine attempt.

**Note:** Failure can downgrade or break the item depending on refine level.
